The purpose of the organization is to operate and qualify as a charitable, non-profit, educational organization under the United States Internal Revenue Code, which shall be maintained.
The primary goals of the ASA shall be the supervision, regulation and promotion of youth soccer, and shall be to provide competition for the development of male and female soccer players through coaching, officiating, and player development programs, and to encourage good sportsmanship and fair play among participants.
